Only on the device you play on. Your answers and your casebook are not uploaded anywhere, so they don't carry over to a new phone or iPad, and deleting the app removes them.
Open Settings and tap Reset progress. The game asks once more before it clears every answer and your casebook, because this can't be undone.
No. The 100 sketched judges are fictional, and their numbers are written into the game. Nothing about your choices is sent off your device.
